On early 2015, it was the time when formulation of MAN pomades started.Brian Baylosis, the founder started it very small, brewing it on his backyard and selling it to his friends while studying at De La Salle Lipa, Batangas, Philippines.
The first label was launched. It was printed out at a regular bond paper with a pixelated layout. The formula was not so good at first but being reformulated almost every month.
The young founder started selling online and got several distributions accross the company. He hired employees as the demand of his product goes "booming" and it is just getting started.
The strategy at first is to penetrate the local barbershops and sell online. He also added products that men use everyday like shave butter, shampoo, lotion, beard oil, and balicomb.
But the demand of the product cannot be stopped. People started to fall in love with the products and demanded retail stores for their convenience.
As of June 2017, MAN now has 23 branches nationwide and developed premium products meticulously created for men.
